VITICULTUUR:
🌿 Age of vines : 7 to 20 years. Plantation density 1100-2000 vines/Ha. Cultivate system : 70% in pergolas, 30% in trellised vines.
✋🚜Production/Ha : 6.500 Kg/Ha in trellised vines 9.000 kg/Ha in pergolas Harvesting date : Second half of September. Harvesting : The grapes are harvested by hand and transported to the winery in boxes of 18 kgs, in less than 2 hours from collection to processing.
VINIFICATIE:
🍷 Processing of grapes : This whole process is done in an inert atmosphere to prevent oxidation and enzymatic, in order to obtain the greatest amount of flavor and freshness. Vinification : Destemmed, macerated, pressing, decanted and fermentation in vats of 60.000 liters of stainless steel to temp. between 14 and 16 ° C for 15 days. Microfiltration : Immediately before bottling to ensure microbiological stability of the wine.

Albarino is een bijzonder aromatische druivensoort voor witte wijn. Hij komt vooral voor in het noordwesten van Spanje (Rías Baixas) en Noord-Portugal.
Typiciteit: Abrikoos - citrus - perzik.
Val do Salnés, Condado do Tea, Soutomaior, Ribeira do Ulla, O Rosal Terroir: Graniet, kalksteen, zand Klimaat: Atlantisch klimaat met strakke zeewinden en vrij veel regen in de lente.
BODEGAS GALLEGAS (MILENIUM)
Het kloppende hart van het bedrijf is de ultra moderne bottellijn met een waaier aan verpakkingsmogelijkheden, en erg lage bottelkosten.
BODEGAS MILENIUM is the branch of the company for table wine or Vino de España (VDE). A new bottling line was installed in 2007 in order to meet the international high quality market standards. This investment of € 1,6 million gave us a bottling capacity of 12.000 bottles per hour, besides the regular cork closure in different types and formats. Also possible: Screw-cap closure, 5 possible labeling positions, cold glue and auto-adhesive, automatic format change, from the regular 0,75 cl. Bottle in different shapes and heights up to a 2 liter P.E.T. Our bottling facilities have more than 100 stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature for optimal fermentation, with a capacity over 11 million liters, cold stabilizing equipment and tangential filters.
