VITICULTURE:
✋🚜The grapes are harvested by hand and transported to the winery in boxes in less than 2 hours from collection to processing.
VINIFICATION:
🍷 This whole process is done in an inert atmosphere to prevent oxidation and enzymatic, in order to obtain the greatest amount of flavor and freshness
DEGUSTATION:
👁 Rose wine with a dense colour
👃 jammy , raspberry aromas and fruity on the nose
👅 Its length on the palate makes it a perfect summer wine

🍽 Ideal with seafood, fish, chicken dishes and cheeses Paella, ragoût de poisson au curry doux, gibier aux canneberges, côtes de porc, canard laqué

Bobal est un cépage espagnol pour le vin rouge. On le trouve surtout dans le Sud-Est de l'Espagne (Valencia, Cuenca et Albacete). Ce cépage est avec 100.000 hectares le troisième cépage pour le vin rouge d´Espagne, après Grenache et Monastrell (Mourvèdre). Riche en couleur, bon cépage pour les rosés.
Typicité: Cerises, prunes et fruits rouges.

L’atout de l’entreprise réside dans sa chaîne de mise en bouteilles ultra moderne et sa capacité de répondre à toute demande de formats ou d’emballages particuliers, à moindres coûts.
 
BODEGAS MILENIUM is the branch of the company for table wine or Vino de España (VDE). A new bottling line was installed in 2007 in order to meet the international high quality market standards. This investment of € 1,6 million gave us a bottling capacity of 12.000 bottles per hour, besides the regular cork  closure in different types and formats. Also possible: Screw-cap closure, 5 possible labeling positions, cold glue and auto-adhesive, automatic format change, from the regular 0,75 cl. Bottle in different shapes and heights up to a 2 liter P.E.T. Our bottling facilities have more than 100 stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature for optimal fermentation, with a capacity over 11 million liters, cold stabilizing equipment and tangential filters.
