Our Pinot Nero Rosato comes from a careful selection of Pinot Nero graoes through a rosé vinification; the grapes are
subjected to cryomaceration (being in contact with the grapes skin at low temperature), after few hours the peels are
separated from the must to get the classic pale pink color. Obtained by the Charmat method and the addition of
selected yeasts, to the nose it gives off a fresh and fragrant bouquet with hints of flowers and fresh fruits. Balanced
aftertaste due to the particular structure of the grapes, it goes perfectly with first courses, fish dishes and cheeses.

De pinot noir is een belangrijke druivensoort in de Bourgogne en de Champagne. Het is ook de enige toegelaten druif voor rode wijn in de Elzas. De vorm van de druiventros lijkt op een pijnboomappel ("pinot"), vandaar de naam. Deze druivensoort brengt fantastische wijnen voort met veel finesse, een rijk smakenpalet en een lange bewaarkracht. Deze druif is in staat om de vele kleine verschillen in terroir, zo typerend voor de Bourgogne, schitterend tot uitdrukking te brengen.👃 jonge wijnen: aardbei - kers - viooltjes oudere wijnen: zoethout - aardse tonen.
De Italiaanse naam voor Tafelwijn, de iets eenvoudiger wijnen. 🗻 Komt voor in geheel Italië, dus wordt verbouwd in verschillende regio's met diverse bodemsoorten.
SAN MARTINO VINI
San Martino is er trots op een landbouwbedrijf te zijn dat alle typische kenmerken van zijn grondgebied omarmt: liefde voor de natuur, de ondernemersgeest van Veneto, traditionele familiewaarden en een streven naar uitmuntendheid.
Het bedrijf werd eind jaren zestig opgericht in Visnà di Vazzola, in de provincie Treviso, met als missie het verbouwen van kwaliteitswijnen in het gehucht San Martino. Ooit stond op deze plek een kerk gewijd aan deze heilige, maar deze werd tijdens de Eerste Wereldoorlog tot een ruïne verwoest.
Onlangs heeft het bedrijf belangrijke veranderingen ondergaan om het wijngaardbeheer te innoveren en onze transformatieprocessen te verbeteren. Dankzij aanzienlijke investeringen is San Martino nu een hightechstructuur met een productieoppervlakte van 10.000 vierkante meter, gelegen op een totaal van 800 hectare.
We hebben traditionele methoden geïntegreerd met moderne procedures en apparatuur, zoals de onlangs in gebruik genomen bottelarij, om een eindproduct van topkwaliteit en authenticiteit te garanderen. Onze wijnen worden geëxporteerd naar 45 landen, waaronder Europa, Amerika en Oceanië.
USEFUL TIPS FOR TRANSPORT / STORAGE / KEYKEG
SHIPMENT
1. The transport must take place without exposing the kegs to the sunlight. In case of
shipping container, must be used a refrigerated one with temperature control at 15/18°C
STORAGE
1. Conditions storage (not yet open): 12-18 °C
2. Conditions storage (already connected): 12-18 °C
3. In case of keg stored in a chiller to connection, temperature can’t go under 7°C
4. NO sun exposure
SERVICE
1. The optimal length of connecting hose (from keg to tap) is 2 m
2. The optimal time for consumption from the moment of connection to the tap is 2-3 days
3. Gas pressure: - - -
For sparkling wines, we advise 3,2 ÷ 3,3 bar / 46 ÷ 47 psi
For still wines, we advise 0,8 ÷ 1 bar / 11 ÷ 14 psi
Maximum pressure: 3,5 bar / 50 psi
4. Service temperature: -
For sparkling wines and whites: 7-8°C -
For reds: 15-18°C
5. Pay attention to the way of tapping the wine, trying NOT to move away the tap from the
carafe.
6. When pouring the wine into the glass, try NOT to let it foam so as not to degas the wine.
