We decided to reinterpret this tradition with grapes from a plot selection, in IGP Atlantique and certified Agriculture Biologique and NOP.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eVINIFICATION: \u003c\/strong\u003e \u003cbr\u003e🍷 Orange wine is a maceration wine, like reds, but with white berries. The grapes are not directly pressed but placed in vats with the skin in order to extract the color and tannins. Pumping over is done during the alcoholic fermentation and devatting before the end.
